Learning intention- I can demonstrate an understanding of the diversity of my culture.
I am so happy that I got to learn more about my culture. I actually had no clue that I am England, I just thought I was Canadian and that's all. I can't believe that I had the chance to dig into the history of my culture. I haven't ever been asked what my culture is and where I'm from, I really had to take a minute and think. My Mom’s side doesn't count because she was adopted, so I went to my Dad. Of course he has no clue so I went to my grandma , turns out I'm lots of things. I am very thankful that I got to do this project, now I know things that I didn't even know was possible. I am also glad that I got to spend time with my grandma talking about England. One fact that I thought was pretty unbelievable is that is England they have black cabs. I hope that one day you will also take time understanding the meaning and the background of your culture.
